Sacramento, CA - The Sacramento City Unified School District (69视频) and Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 1021 have reached an agreement to close out contract reopener negotiations for the previous 2022-2023 school year. 

This historic agreement demonstrates the significant value that 69视频 places on retaining and recruiting the finest classified staff to support our students, teachers and facilities. It also ensures that SEIU unit members will be elevated to a salary that is more reflective of their immense value to the District.

Sac City Unified Collecting Winter Jackets for Student Jacket Drive

JACKET DRIVE Help students stay warm this winter. Bring your new or gently used coats for elementary through high schoolers to: Serna Center (5735 47th Ave.) October 25-November 17. Sacramento City UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT

Sacramento, CA - The Sacramento City Unified School District is organizing a Jacket Drive for its students most in need. Bring new or gently used jackets for students to help them stay warm this winter. All jacket sizes are welcome for our TK through high school aged students.

Jackets can be donated at the 69视频 Serna Center (5735 47th Ave, Sacramento) now through Friday, November 17. In the front lobby, donors will find a large blue bin to leave the coats for kids between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Connects students to important tools and resources, at a time more challenging than ever

SACRAMENTO - Sacramento City Unified School District announced today the debut of a new Mental Health Wellness App for students. The app, called grace, stands for 鈥淕iving Resources and Care Everyday.鈥  The wellness app was created by students, for students and connects users with school-based resources, local community resources, a virtual calming room, crisis support lines and more. Flyer Distribution Process for Schools

Overview

The 69视频 Communications Office must approve all flyers for school distribution. Please email the flyer to flyers@scusd.edu for review. 

Flyer Approval Process

Flyers will be reviewed in 5-10 business days of submission. Flyers that are approved will be given a permit number and disclaimer that must be included on the front of the paper flyer or on the digital image if requesting for it to be posted electronically.
