for teachers with a preliminary teacher credential
69视频鈥檚 Induction program will provide Participating Teachers individualized, job-embedded support in the first years of their teaching profession so as to increase the efficacy and retention of our new teachers. In doing so, Participating Teachers will also demonstrate progress towards mastery of the California Standards for the Teaching Profession so as to effectively serve our diverse student body, their families and our community.
