Thank you for your engagement if you attended our Communications session on Tuesday morning! It was great to see so many familiar faces as well as new hires. We are excited to partner with you to make your school year more successful. 

We have a few follow-up items about back-to-school packets and digital communications. 

Back-to-School Packet Flyers:

We are working on getting the flyers below printed and distributed to all of your school sites for inclusion in your back-to-school packets. All of these flyers will be provided as two-sided flyers in English and Spanish (we will provide digital versions you can use as email attachments in additional languages).

Back-to-School Messaging Templates & Digital Flyers:

Today, 69视频 Communications will send out a ParentSquare post to remind parents and guardians of the school year start date and provide resources to families. We have provided that messaging in a ; feel free to copy/paste or tweak what we鈥檝e provided to make your school site back-to-school communications easier! You鈥檒l just need to download the doc or make a copy. 

There is also a folder with graphics and flyers you can include in your back-to-school communications if you choose. 

Important Back-to-School ParentSquare Post Tip

Since the 2024-2025 school year rosters will not be available in ParentSquare until August 12, we have an 鈥淚ncoming鈥� filter set up for each school to make sure you鈥檙e reaching your incoming parents/guardians leading up to that date. Be sure to select both 鈥淪taff鈥� and 鈥淧arents鈥� under the 鈥淲ho should see this?鈥� dropdown menu. 

Reminder: The student and staff contacts listed in ParentSquare are based on the previous night鈥檚 Infinite Campus data sync. If you notice any discrepancies, please update Infinite Campus to correct your lists.
