Add dependents outside of Open Enrollment

Dependents must be added within 30 days of a qualifying event, such as marriage, birth, registered domestic partner or loss of coverage. Employee must complete a new enrollment along with required documentation.

The personal safety and health of each district employee is of primary importance. All employees shall comply with all occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders required by law and district regulations.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Optum

Overview

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides virtual, telephonic and in-person counseling. Work and life services: financial, legal, identity theft, health modules, and more.  These services are available to all employees, including any person living in the same household.  We have switched our EAP provider.  Effective 7/1/23 MHN no longer services the District’s EAP program.  The new provider is now Optum.  Please follow these steps to initiate your EAP services.

Every federally funded local educational agency (LEA), must develop a Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) to set goals, plan actions and leverage resources to help improve student outcomes. It is a 3-year plan that is updated annually.
